Zuni Pueblo Indian Brooch:
Here is a wonderful, what I believe to be BLUE GEM old Zuni Pueblo Indian inlayed silver and turquoise pin or brooch. It is one of the nicer pins that I have had. The stones are exquisite and have great depth. The photos do not do them justice. It is of the finest quality. Being all turquoise and likely BLUE GEM makes it a rare one indeed. It is about 2" across. I believe this item to be made about 1920's or early 30's but I have no way of knowing who made it, or if it might be a little newer, so you all be the judges. It is not signed but I'm sure it is Zuni and very good quality as well. $899.00.

Navajo Pueblo Indian Brooch:
Here is a wonderful, old Fred Harvey era Navajo Pueblo Indian inlayed silver and turquoise pin or brooch. It is one of the nicer and larger thunderbird or eagle pins that I have had. The stone is very nice. It is about 4" across wing tip to wing tip and 1 3/4" tall. This makes it a very uncommon and large example. I believe this item to be made about 1920's or early 30's but I have no way of knowing who made it, or if it might be a little newer, so you all be the judges. It is not signed but I'm sure it is Navajo and very good quality as well. $209.00

Overall decent shape for its age it does have a slight cant while sitting upright but no discernable dents or other condition issues that detract. Overall a nice solid can with good graphics. Teddie Weahkee?:
Here are two Zuni fetishes that could have possibly been made Teddie Weahkee! I am selling them separate. One is the oldest made out of Malachite (the green stone) that I have ever seen (ca 1940's); I believe that it could be a bear. It has coral, shell, and turquoise beads along with a stylized turquoise arrowhead. It also has a leather or sinew wrap in the classic style. This one is a must have for any collector of early fetishes if you don’t have an early example of malachite. Overall it is very pleasing with a nice old patina. $950.00 or make me an offer.
The bottom fetish in the photo is likely a fox or wolf it has turquoise inset eyes and a leather/sinew wrap with turquoise arrowhead. This one is made out of either jet or possibly rocky mountain jade. Also a very nice pleasing fetish. I acquired both of these fetishes from an old time collector that had discovered them in a Colorado antique shop over 35 years ago. $775.00

Tomahawk pipe axe:
Tomahawk pipe axe. Early Eastern style with pewter and nickle silver inlays, a fabulous file branded haft, and head with engraving. This Pipe Tomahawk is pictured on page 31 in full color of "Tomahawks, Pipe Axes of the American Frontier" by John Baldwin. It is one of the best examples extant. The head from bit to bowl is 6 1/8" long and the haft is about 14" long. The iron head has some of the finest workmanship and embellishment. This one is as good as they get. POR

HERON LAKE DUCK CALL:
HERON LAKE DUCK CALL. Here is a very rare collectible A D Sontag Heron Lake (MN) duck call. It is quite large being about 6 3/4" long and almost 1 7/8" wide. From my understanding the barrel of the call is original and very old. Marv Meyer hand-made the stopper and "guts" for this and the other calls that were found. He signed them as seen in the photos. These calls are very collectible and there are not very many known to exist so get them now whilst you can. Thank you very much for your interest in my auctions. If you have any questions please ask prior to bidding, I'll do my best to answer them and will get back to everyone that asks. We do prefer that all sales are final.
